Okay, I just found out for the past few months, people were unable to post blogs here! The glitch is fixed now. So I decided to post another praise blog!
I just had an incident that happened three days ago. My son was returning from a medical appointment from out of town. He had just bought this car, and said that he had gotten insurance on the car. Unfortunatley, they both had gotten very sick earlier from food poisoning. His girlfriend was driving, and my son and I were texting back and forth. I told him I would pray that they would make it home and feel better soon.
When all of a sudden he mentioned the police were folowing them, and he said frantically “pray for that!” At first I thought it was kind of funny until he said that they were being pulled over. I prayed that he would let them come home, and not be too hard on them. The police looked at the insurance and said that they needed to renew, it had expired. The reason he iniitally pulled them over was because of trying to keep the car straight on the road (it has algnment problems). The kind policeman let them go with a ticket but didn’t impound the car…what a relief! Praise God!

Hey, Just wanted to update everyone on a “praise” that just happened recently. My son went in to the cardiologist and had a good check up! He is doing better and the next appointment is in a year! Going from every two months to once a year is a huge “PRAISE!”
This morning my son called with some good news about being able to get some help for his troubles lately. I am praying God is touching his heart and that he can continue to get healthier both body and mind! I am saying Thanks to the Lord for getting us through this!
Today is Independence Day for America! Praise God that we are still free to express our praise to him. Let’s pray it stays that way! Happy 4th…
Today I praise God for seeing me through financial times lately. Thank you!
I praise God for His faithfulness. In the midst of challenging economic times, He still provides. He owns the cattle on 1000 hills so here’s the good news – He’s not broke! One of the first scriptures that I memorized as a child was Psalm 23:1. It still holds true today “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.”
I have faith that God has a reason for these trials, but yet I praise him for His plan for my life that will utltimately turn out for the best in an unforseen way.

Praise God that my son got the help he needed today. I pray that he continues to stay strong and focused on the right goals and grows in his faith.
Today was another good day at work, made a lot of sales! Praise God for that, gotta pay those pesky bills!
We had been having 100+ degree temperatures here and my son was not handling it very well. He has congestive heart failure, and is on blood thinners. He thought he was just a little dehydrated and started not to feel well for quite a few days, and couldn’t keep anything down. He finally went to the hospital this last Sunday, and was diagnosed with deyhdration and having kidney failure. He had to go on dialisis while he was there. So after many prayers and faith that God would handle this, he left the hospital on Tuesday and is doing much better! Just another miracle…Praise God!!
Gosh, I have soooo many praise reports that it is hard to decide which one to post! I guess the one about how God healed my son. When I gave my life to Christ, He promised me that He would save my family too. So when my son was beaten and left for dead in Knoxville, Tn. I was called at 4:00 in the morning to get there FAST. I lived about 5 hours away. They did not think that he would make it. When I first saw him in the ICU he didn’t even look human! His head was all swollen and cracked open. It was one of the most horrible things that a mother can see about their child. The doctor and a nurse was there as well as my ex husband. We were told that he would be in ICU for about three weeks if he made it and survived. I held his hand and told him that if he could hear me, to squeeze my hand. There was no response. I started praying and felt the presence of the Lord so strong around my son. Everyone was very uncomfortable when I started to pray, but I didn’t care, this was my son, my baby, laying there fighting for his life! After my prayer, I looked the doctor in the eye and told him that my son would be o.k. because God had promised me when I was saved that He was going to save my family and my son was not saved yet! The doctor then told my son that if he could hear him, to wiggle his toes. Well, he not only wiggled his toes, he lifted his whole leg and then tried to talk to us! Praise the Lord! Well, to make a long story short as they say, in three days, he was on his deck taking care of the grill for us! The doctors were astounded and could not believe it! I had trusted God with my son’s life because of the promise that He had made to me years ago when I was saved. I give Him praise and honor and glory everyday that I live! I would like to win the book, but giving my praise report is a blessings in itself!
Praise? Of course. Praise the Lord, and He will be your salvation.
1I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
2He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
3And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.
4Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
5Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
6Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.
7Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
8I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
9I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest.
10I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.
11Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.
12For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.
13Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me.
14Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.
15Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.
16Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.
17But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.
I had some unexpected financial blessings this weekend. I am realizing what God really would like me to do to honour him. I pray for direction and I am seeing this…Praise God!
Praise God! The I paid my taxes without using my emergency funds account. I am continuing to have faith that God is seeing us thorough whatever comes our way.
Hey, fellow believers! Just thought I’d share a simple praise. I’ve tried many times to use frequent flier miles in my account for international travel, but there were always glitches. My son was invited to go to Zimbabwe to help scout an orphanage site and told his only expense was his airline ticket. There are very few options to get from Phx all the way into Zims but my miles worked for a FIRST CLASS ticket! Praise God for his provision. Pray for their safety and success in this endeavor. Great post Diane! I will keep your son in my prayers. That is so wonderful of your son to go there, I’m sure it will be a great experience for all involved. Praise God for being there for your son!
I am trusting that God is working through my difficult situation for the good. Praise God for his great comfort and blessings!
My son had gotten in trouble with drugs lately and it has affected his health badly. He already was dealing with Congestive Heart failure, but made it worse by not taking care of himself. He was life was saved the day he got into the hospital over a week ago by prayer. He is still in critical condition and needs a VAD to help his heart. Praise God for helping him in this rough time!
My son received a VAD(ventricular assist device)to save his life on Tuesday. He was sitting up in his chair on Thursday and the doctors were amazed. They told me that when he arrived in the hospital two weeks ago, his numbers or blood output was the lowest they have ever had on record for anyone who has survived. They kept checking the machines and thought they weren’t working because they couldn’t believe he was even alive on such low numbers! I told them he had many people praying for him…PRAISE GOD!!! We witnessed yet another miracle.
Today is Christmas and I have been blessed! God has provided a great place to stay while my son recovers from surgery for three months and he is doing better every day! Gift giving is very limited this year, but I have the best gift of all, the Birth of Jesus and all the gifts given to me this year from our Lord. Praise God!! Merry Christmas!
It is spring now, and I lost this blog for a few weeks due to my hosting service going away. I had a backup, but unfortunately, it was from January. So about five months of posting were lost. I apologize about this, and hope that my visitors will still keep posting their “Praise!” Thank you for your understanding.
